Carlos, former Green Turbo Ranger, is now the Black Lightstar Ranger. He is a very good ally in the fight against evil. He was the first to find out that Andros had a sister. He is very loyal and always willing to sacrifice for others. Carlos loves to play soccer. His weapon is the Lunar Lance. He commands Mega Voyager Zord 2. Carlos gave it his all, and with the help of his fellow rangers, peace has been restored to the universe and is heading back home to Earth.
